OES Group (Outsourcing Engineering Services) was founded through a collaboration between two former colleagues — Lars Claassen and Dipesh — who previously worked together in Rotterdam. The idea behind OES was born out of a growing need for high-quality mechanical engineering support within Lars’ professional network.
To address this need, Lars began outsourcing mechanical engineering tasks to Dipesh in India. What started as a practical solution quickly evolved into a strategic partnership, leading to the formation of OES Group — a trusted provider of engineering solutions for clients across the European Union.
